Through relentless dedication to flavor and hospitality, the restaurant became a multi-generational favorite. Families would travel from all over the region just to taste our signature dishes.
Making the Leap to North America
For years, the Canadian diaspora craved the authentic taste of Ludhiana. While there are many fantastic Indian restaurants across the country, fans of Baba Chicken missed our unique recipes—dishes that simply couldn’t be replicated anywhere else.
Listening to this demand, we officially launched Baba Chicken Canada, opening our flagship North American location right here in Surrey, BC. The response was immediate and overwhelming. By maintaining our original recipes and refusing to compromise on the quality of our spices, we successfully bridged a gap of over 11,000 kilometers.
Expanding the Legacy
The vision for Baba Chicken Canada doesn’t stop in British Columbia. Because of the incredible love and support from our guests, we are expanding our footprint across the country, including our highly anticipated second location in Calgary.
